Best way to describe this shop is "unbelievable". Two of the best guys I have met in Pascal and Gary, very friendly and spend time with the customers explaining everything to you, an all round great experience and great customer service. I have been dealing with them now for a few years now and never been disappointed. I bought a second hand camera off Pascal , a Canon 50D in mint condition. I currently have a Canon 10D so this camera was very different. The 50D has a menu bigger than a Chinese takeaway and sure enough I managed to mess it up. Pascal "the genius" had it up and running within minutes. This certainly wasn't the last time I managed to mess the settings up on the camera but Pascal was more than happy to fix any issues I have had. Nothing is any bother to these guys. I personally cant thank them enough so anyone out there looking for a camera or they are in any trouble with one, go to Camera + in Cookstown and those guys will be more than pleased to help. This shop also covers other products like developing photos, telescopes, binoculars etc. A great shop and two of the loveliest people on the planet. Many thanks

I'd like to thank Camera Plus for all the care and attention they gave me when choosing a new camera. Nothing was too much trouble, they even tested the lenses I already owned to see if they were compatible with the new camera. I would have thought something was seriously wrong with the camera had it not been explained why they wouldn't autofocus. What I received in Camera Plus was good old-fashioned customer service delivered with patience, expertise and a love for their business. Thank you.

Pascal stepped up to the mark for me when I had a very dirty sensor and was about to go on a long photographic break. My camera kit is a bit unusual and fairly expensive so I would be careful who I let work on it - generally preferring the manufacturer of main dealer. However I have no qualms recommending anyone to use Camera + if they need similar care and attention. Thank you - the job was quickly and expertly carried out.

Julie got me the lens as described below. One of the companies kept their word and rang me today(4 weeks later), one week after you supplied the lens. I guess they now have one in stock for immediate delivery to the next customer. Thank you so much.

Thank you Pascal and Gary. Such a lovely experience to actually receive excellent customer service as these days it is not always a given. My husband desperately wanted a lens and had contacted all the big name companies like calumet and Jessops. Calumet constantly promised they would check on availability and get back to him...... didn't happen so he gave them another chance..... didn't happen. Jessops told him there was an availability problem, again promises were given to keep in touch.... didn't happen. I contacted Camera Plus on a Saturday they said that they shouldn't have a problem getting this lens but that they would check with the company and get back to me first thing on Monday. Shock !!!!, though now i wouldn't be at all surprised but guess what, not only did they keep their word and rang the company but they also ordered it and it arrived in their shop on the Wednesday . I can not recommend these guys highly enough,they are professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you so much guys for all your help and for restoring my faith in the personal shopping experience.

I have been getting equipment from Camera plus over the past few years and I have to say the service Pascal and Gary provide is brilliant. These guys know what they are talking about and such a friendly shop to go into. They are always helpful even for a query over the phone just to sort out a problem. Excellent service and expert advice received before purchasing my NIKON camera. Just got a full wet sensor clean at Cameraplus, my sensor had some serious dust/dirt which was affecting my work, however these guys cleaned it so well it was like a brand new sensor!, very impressed by the pride taken in the work, attention to detail, dedication, and for their swift service not to mention great advice and friendly chat, will be back again!

Have just spoken by telephone to Pascal about a problem I had with my camera and he gave me advice which has enabled me fix it. I'm no expert, but he listened patiently to my feeble efforts to explain and then gave me some simple instructions that worked. I'm extremely grateful for his kindness in taking the time to share his expertise with a total stranger. After having visited Currys (middle distance stare and no knowledge) I went to see Pascal and his co partner in crime in Cookstown. What a difference!! Just bought a new Manfrotto tripod and head just what I needed for taking overhead product shots doing the job great. Good choice Pascal now awaiting for the Canon remote switch. Great service highly recommend.

I live in Donegal but always wait till I can get over to Cookstown to Camera+ for any camera related purchases. Just bought my first DSLR with kit lens plus a 55 - 300 lens from Camera Plus. While I might have been able to get them a bit cheaper on the internet I have the peace of mind that they are not grey imports, carry a full UK warranty and I have a supplier who I know will look after me if anything goes wrong with them. In addition Pascal's advice on what camera and lens to buy to suit my needs was invaluable and both he and Gary have told me to phone or call in with them at any time if I need any help getting to grips with the camera. Customer service at it's very best!
