First time I have used the services Pascal has to offer. To say I am overwhelmed with the whole experience would be a gross understatement. I was welcomed and treated as a person, not as just another punter, by Pascal who has a vast wealth of experience and his customer service is second to none. His well informed and honest approach is, quiet frankly, a service sadly lacking in many High St "big name" shops. Was it worth the 3 hour 125 mile round trip and would I do it again? Yes I most definitely would. I will be a returning customer and I have no hesitation at all recommending Pascal. To coin an age old phrase "you've tried the rest now try the best" comes to mind. Personality and Performance!,Two things sadly lacking in many shops,but NOT at Camera+ ! No matter how many times you call,You can be assured a friendly welcome, and advice on anything, no matter how big or small,Pascal ( and Gary) are more than helpful. People think they need to to to the So called BIG shops for Camera equipement etc, But Take it from me, You will NOT get better service/friendly advice etc, than at CAMERA+ in Cookstown!

Called in to Camera+ yesterday as surprised to see a 'real' photographic shop while driving through Cookstown - could easily have chatted photography with Pascal for hours, (but accompanied by my wife, - more interested in shopping for curtains etc!????) So only did a little browsing, and bought some lens cleaning products - but I'll be back! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and well worth supporting in any way - even if it takes a couple of hours drive to get there. PS - there's a few good fabrics shops in Cookstown too!

Had my DSLR sensor cleaned here and this service was spot on, the advise and recommendations given were well informed and obviously from great knowledge in the field, I will not hesitate in going back to this shop for all my lock xamer needs in the future.

I wanted a Sigma 18-250 for my Nikon. Tried the big shops who advertised it at a price and a £50 cash back offer from Sigma (this offer ended in April 2015). Others were taking orders even though they thought it was discontinued. Contacted Pascal who said he would check but thought he would have it in a couple of days. True to his word he got it when others couldn't. This is the second time Camera + have done this for me. Top Tip if you want anything photographic go straight to Camera + first if they can't get it it can't be be got. Best independent Photographic Shop in UK/Ireland. I have no problems with driving 30 miles to Cookstown for service like theirs. Forget the rest and go to the best.

I decided to change my heavy camera gear to something light and just as good and small and light so I can actually enjoy photography. I was in a spin as there is so much to chose from. Problem solved with Pascal. He managed to sell my equipment in just over a week and I am now in possession of my brilliant Fuji X-T1 which arrived in double quick time. He has a passion for his work and photography and he knows just about everything there is to know on the subject and the equipment. He offers first class advice and a first class friendly service . Another great sensor cleaning job on the two DSLR's I left in (saves me seemingly endless time cloning out the dust spots!!), great value for money for the huge difference it makes on the images.

I got a beautiful canvass made by Pascal merging a number of images together. Pascal was honest & helpful throughout, offering his professional opinion & did a number of mock-ups for me to choose from, so that I got exactly what I wanted. I bought Minox Binoculars BL 8 x 44 HD yesterday as a present for my husband. He is delighted. They are great binoculars. Pascal as usual, was so enthusiastic about the product and knowledgeable. I was only sorry I couldn't buy two pairs but I hope to return soon to do just that. This is a truly great independent shop, we are so lucky to have it in Cookstown.

I brought my malfunctioning Canon 24-105 lens to Camera +. It had to be sent to the Canon workshop for repair. I thought it would take 3-4 weeks for this but was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by Pascal less than a week later - the lens is sorted!

I came on holiday to Dungannon, (my place of birth) and brought my camera. Going through security at Leeds Airport, my camera accidentally turned on and wore down the battery. I was put in touch with Pascal at Camera Plus who was able to get the battery charged. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Camera Plus and in particular, Pascal for being able to help me out so that I could post some photographs onto my project on 365 Project (365project.org).

Well there i was last week, all very angry at myself for mucking up my sensor , then off to Camera Plus , got it back today and if you click on the photo you can see the magic results .... not a spot , not a blur , all thanks to the man himself at Camera plus , great job and great customer service !!..thanks.

I made the mistake of buying a camera and memory card from a well known high street retailer, the memory card stopped working twice causing me to lose some of my photos!! At first I thought it was the camera and so took it back to the shop, the assistant changed the camera for me and sent me on my way. Unfortunately about 6 weeks later I lost more photos, sentimental ones this time, ones of a newborn baby and their first night at home and ones of a confirmation. To say I was devastated would be an understatement. I was told about Camera + by a friend. I left my damaged (and cheap) memory card wit Pascal and he worked his magic on it, retrieved ALL my photos, even ones I had previously deleted! I cannot thank this man enough, nothing is a bother for him! He advised me on what type of memory card to purchase in future and was even able to give me some guidance regarding my relatively new camera! Pascal is nothing short of amazing! I am eternally grateful. I will definitely be returning to Camera + in the future for any photography/camera needs! Thanks again Pascal!

I deleted some images by mistake from my canon camera and they were of sentimental value. I looked up the website page for Camera+ and was delighted to find they offered a service to retrieve images. After a quick phone call to Pascal I was told to bring my memory card and a flash drive down to the shop and he would see what could be done. I was absolutely delighted to get a call on Monday morning to say my images had been restored and at a very reasonable price. So if like me and you make an error do not take any more photo's, but contact the shop and you will receive the best service possible anywhere in N.I. Thank You Very Much For The Help & Advice. Camera plus just saved my bacon. I was out shooting equine sports with my NIKON D3000 and started to get blurry images. I panicked myself silly and freaked out. Luckily for me i found camera plus online and the everything got better. I sent over some sample images and boom they could tell me exactly what it was and now it doesn't seem as bad.. im also thinking of a sensor clean for my camera. THANK YOU Camera Plus i can safely say i will be back again. Excellent service, patient and caring staff.
